Renaissance Lucknow Hotel

This is a great hotel for a trip to Lucknow and the surrounding areas of UP. The hotel is clean as can be, with wonderful staff and excellent rooms which are finished to a high standard. We had a premium room on a high floor which overlooked Ambedkar Park so the views were amazing. Finally head up to the roof bar at night for some cheeky beers or cocktails. I would highly recommend this hotel. Do not waste money on names like the Taj (which is next door).

Property is with all modern construction and latest amenities. Roof top bar, which is pool side, is magnificent. They upgraded my room to a suite with their compliments, for which I appreciate the staff.

Breakfast was sumptuous and we particularly liked the helpful staff who attentively served us with care , as we are Seniors. I would like to mention that amongst your staff , Rahul Sirdar, Sakshan,Ujjal,Kirti were personally took great care to serve us and cater to our needs. I thank them all for their personal touch. Very praiseworthy for Renaissance hotel.

It was pretty central with the best possible views of Lucknow city. The staff was very courteous. Sandeep at the bar was exceptional with the variety, presentation and quality of the cocktails he served. I could see that the staff were given a free hand in attending to the guests, which impressed us.

Great food and service! The location and cleanliness of the hotel was of a great standard. Enjoyed our short stay and would recommend it to friends and family. Lucknow itself is a beautiful and clean place.
